Default some kind of electrical problem...

Ok this is starting to annoy the crap out if me... So get this every time I start the car everything runs fine but the radio and the windows. It takes on average at least 2 min for the radio to turn on and the windows to work...on occasion they will out of no where just turn off for about 30 seconds, and then just come back on.... does anyone have any idea why this is doing this, and how i can fix the problem?

Do you have a wet musty smell in your car after a heavy rain? And do you believe you have a water leak?

Check the grounds under the carpet driverside by where your left foot would rest. It'* possible they are corroded and only work when you hit them properly.

under the driverside carpet...i could do that, because i think that i am getting some kind of leaking into my car...could that also have to do with why my interior lights do not work at all...with new lights, and good fuses...? thanks i will give it a try.

Yes, very likely it'* your problem. Many have experienced what you mention plus much more over a wet floor and the grounds involved.

BTW the cars are also known for leaks.

JR did a great write up on all the possible leak areas.
