Default Service Theft System

One day I went out to my car in the morning, closed the door and locked the doors. when i cranked the car, The DIC was displaying "Service Theft System". I called the dealer and they said it was the battery. The voltage is fine for the battery. But the battery is the factory battery. Please Help!!!!!!!! Thanks
