Default Rear window override?

is there a way to override the inhibitor on a 95 bonneville so the windows will roll all the way down? If so whats required to do that?

They are like that because there is not enough room in the door for the glass to fit all the way inside, if I had to guess I would say the mechanism is built so that is as far as it goes, sorry guys
