rear defrost cuts out

I have the same problem on my 90 SSE. Not only is the rear defrost and power door locks on that same "circuit breaker" but also the power seats, so you better not want to move the seats once you turn the defrost on.


I tried changing the circuit breakers ( couple $$ no biggie) but still have the same problem. They are heat sensitive so once they heat up they kick off. It'* a real **** off. I am not sure what the problem is or if it has always been like that, we just adapt to it, lol.


Those circuit breakers are located on the drivers side fuse panel ( close to the steering wheel), not sure which number but it is easy to spot them, they are next to the fuses but have a grey color exterior to them. Just be careful they may be warm.

sorry i didnt reply back i forgot about posting this but it is an 93 se i locked on insurance papers!! so this happens to every one else with an early 90?? and has no one figured a way out to fix it? the seat deal dont bother me cause i havent moved it since i bought the car, becides foward and back to sweep under it. (power seats: once you move them around you will NEVER get it back to where it was)
