rear defrost

one of my strips on my back window for the rear defrost stopped working, what can i do to fix it or does it require a while new rear window?

Look very closely for the trace having a slit in it somewhere....

They have repair kits at autozone to repair the traces.

never used one.... but i hear they work alright

Kits work great. Identify the bad trace, and find the break. Buy the kit and use it.

Check each grid for continuity using a VOM or Continuity Tester. That should tell you which grid is bad. From there you can isolate where the break is.
