Default rapid flickering of dash lights/relays

Greetings,
I'm new here and hoping for some help as I am stumped. The victim is a 95 lesabre, 85k miles in excellent shape, well taken care of and always garaged. The issue with this car is that I get a rapid flashing of the warning lights on the dash (all of them including battery, temp, SES light) along with the rapid clicking of the fuel pump relay. Thinking it must be an ground issue I went in search of any grounds I could find in this car. Cleaned everything including battery terminals but all (that I found) were perfect. It is random and of course when this happens the car stalls and/or won't start. I pulled the PCM out from under the dash and wiggled wires but nothing helped. All connections appear solid. I have done a lot of search on this and found a few topics of people with similar problems but no resolution in any of the cases. Has anyone seen this before and can shine some light my way? Is the PCM (the larger of the two in the car residing inside under the dash) a known issue on these cars? Many thanks in advance.

yesterday corrected the same problem. Rusty contact between the alternator diode bridge and the relay voltage regulator. Replacing these parts with new ones. Or replacement of the generator analogues (BOSH) opel omega 1996 y.

sounds like a possibility. If you didn't find the grounds by the drivers left foot and passengers right foot under the door sill plates, there are some there as well. Usually those fail from water/corrosion which it sounds like you probably don't have either.

I was. Master showed me these contacts disassembled generator, they were all rusty. I myself was surprised. Replacing these parts to the new solved this problem.

here is a lot of information on our generators, although in Russian, but there are a lot of photos. Incidentally on a photo from dismantled generator (На фото генератор AC Delco корейского производства), see the place attachment diode bridge and voltage regulator.

It wasn't the alternator. Installed a new one and didn't change anything. Anybody with some experience on this? I would very appreciative. Thanks for the replies so far.
