Default Outside Temp Sensor question

anyone have any problems with the outside temp sensor in the automatic climate control panel? I know its sensor is located in the front on or very near the radiator but I get after about 10min the sensor claiming outside temp is 120 Degrees, when its raining and I can see my breath outside. no it was in an accident and it looked like it was a front driver side collision.

i believe when the outside sensor fails it fails to the high side....we have seen a few members that have high readings on the past and it has turned out to be a faulty temp sensor
