From what i could find out from the Modis its a charging system code?

where do I start remember im still under warranty..

Alternator?
battery?
harness?

or could this code have been thrown by a dead battery ? the other day i left the lights on for 30 minutes and it killed the battery. SO right off the bat I know i have problems somewhere.

Why is this in Performance and Brainstorming? Did you modify something to cause it?

We don't have it listed in techinfo..did you google it or get the name when you got the code?

It'* Generator Field "F" Not Switching Properly from my research. I cannot translate that for you though. I believe it has something to do with the alternator.

The PCM applies a field to the alt for it to "kick on" in essense and charge the battery.... might be that it'* internal electronics are having issues.

Vital this isnt a NorthStar Specific problem by all rights it should have fallen into the Electrical folder..

Unless the Northstar uses a different alternator than the other 3800'*.
