Default Light sensor thingy fell!

Going to work this morning and I noticed my headlights were on, since there was plenty of sun and my DRL'* are disabled I figured something was goofy. I look up by the sensor and it was gone!
How can I get to that thing? Do I need to pull the entire gauge console out? or is it possible to get at it going under and behind? Hopefully I can find a pair of LONG NARROW needle nose or something to snag it.
