Default light in door

The white door light fell out on my passenger door and I noticed ther is a very small amber light in the door. It doesn't look like it is replaceable and is only on while the headlights are on.

Does anyone know what it is supposed to be to?

It lights the window and lock buttons. Should be in the plastic "band" at the top of the door rest grab...

Thanks! I guess I'll need to take the door panel off to get it back in place.
