Default keyless entry won't unlock

Remote stopped unlocking - it still locks and opens trunk though. I can can hear something clicking inside, when I try to use remote to unlock. Unlocking with door locks works.

What part should I be looking for? I have two remotes and each won't unlock anymore, so I know it'* not the remote, it'* within the car.

I want to find the parts to fix it.

If you hit unlock the second time do any of the other 3 doors unlock? Also when you press unlock do the interior lights come on?

Sadly, none of the doors open :( but yes, the light does come on.

Tracy

on a second note.... now that I see your dash display.... my 'car' display is lit up, but the doors don't light up if they are open.... I've checked my fuses and they are ok, so do you think something has become unhooked behind the dash?

(sorry - just a girl trying to get all the little things fixed on her car)

I almost think there may be an issue with the RAC Module, This module should hit the Drivers door with the first click being the Drivers door relay... The second click should hit the Main door unlock relay unlocking the other 3 doors..

Its hard to say if thats the actually problem tho, and I don't want you replacing parts if they are still good..
