This is what you are looking for:

Remote Control Door Lock Reprogramming

1. Connect the scan tool.
2. Turn the ignition ON.
3. Select the Diagnostics F0.
4. Select the model year (MY).
5. Select the vehicle type.
6. Select the system F1 body.
7. Select the GM product line, C.
8. Select the nameplate, Buick.
9. Select the Remote Function Actuator F0.
10. Select the special functions F2.
11. Select the set options F1.

Important
Follow the screen prompts and the instructions. Use the EXIT key in order to change from one function screen to another. Do not use the YES or NO keys, pressing YES or NO may disable other features.

12. Scroll through the screens until the screen displays the desired function.
Select YES on each function that needs to be enabled for the particular vehicle RPO.
1. Use the RPO chart and select the functions that are standard or optional for the particular vehicle being serviced.
2. Failure to program the RFA module properly may cause the system to malfunction. A malfunction may cause misdiagnosis and customer complaints. When selecting the functions on a new RFA module on a vehicle that has Theft Deterrent UA6, go into option 3 on the scan tool.
3. Speed Up will appear as your only selection.
4. Select Deactivate.
5. Save the options.
6. Exit the system.
If the function is not reset, the 30 second theft lamp illumination will reduce to 2 seconds. The misdiagnosis of the theft deterrent system may occur it the function is not set properly. Exit the system.
13. 14. Disconnect the scan tool.
15. Program the transmitters. Refer to Transmitter Programming .
