Default Interior Lights and door chime

I have searched trying to figure this out but could not find a definite answer. I will be doing the MALL test later today. Anyway, I just purchased a 99 SLE and the lights on the doors do not come on. The lights by my feet will come on and the overhead lights come on, however only when taking the key out of the ignition, or unlocking the car with the remote. Nothing happens when I open any of the doors, or pull on door handles. Also I have no chime at all. I checked all the fuses, and they were all good. I am completely stumped here and do not know where to start even. If anyone knows what I could start with please help me!

Thank You in advance!

Likely it'* either the mall or rfa module. Probably the mall as I believe it has the speaker for the chime built in.

so if it is; I need a new one? What would I have to look for in one? Are they model specific; or? I am assuming it has to be from a Bonneville; I could not use one from a LeSabre or 88. What are ways to tell; what should I "watch" for when I test the MALL module?

I forgot to mention that the Retained Accessory Power still functions properly, when a door opens it goes off...

All of the MALL module tests made the bong. However it indicated the fasten seatbelt circuit had a short. And now the lights by your feet come on when you open a door but they only stay on for 30 seconds after you open the door, they do not remain on.
