Default Installed Keyless Entry, car lights wont flash at first

Hey, I just got a Barracuda Alarm system installed from Tech Auto Sound.

I seem to have a problem. When I lock/unlock my car, sometimes the lights wont flash after the "boop boop" noise. Though sometimes it does work. Like 70% of the time they will flash, and other times they don't. I was wondering, is my battery dying or something? Is something not working right? I'm just not sure and I find it kind of dissapointing, should I take the car back and tell them to fix this problem, or is this a different problem?

Overall, it costs $185.00 total including labor + tax. I find that it'* really great beside the listed problems.

When I get in and start my car the doors will automatically lock about 5-7 seconds after. Also, when I turn my car off all the doors unlock, I find this to be pretty cool.

Speedy..
Bring it in to them and ask them to check the connection. Sounds like it is loose.
