Got an interesting problem.... came out to find my headlights on one morning before going to work. The headlight switch was not pulled out - the headlights just came on by themselves. Since that first morning, it has been sporadically happening a few more times. (It'* not consistently doing it though) Sometimes after driving, I'll shut my car off and the driving lamps will not turn off (in the middle of the daylight). Other times, after verifying the headlights are off when the car is turned off, I'll return to the car a couple hours later to find the headlights came on by themselves again. Finally, it killed my battery to the point it'll barely take a charge now.

I have the sentinel headlight switch/sensor in this car. Do I have a bad headlight switch? A bad sentinel sensor? A short?

Please help.
