Default Fuse Good (but not lighing)- Compass/Heated Outside Mirror?

Hey everyone,

GOT A 1992 Bonneville SSE

I checked "ALL" fuses the other day.
The dirvers side & passengers fuse boxes, and Maxi Fuses with a test-light.

I had 3 fuses that looked bad. None of the maxi fuses were bad.

After replacing with good fuses they still did NOT light up with test light.

One of them was them is Titled: (COMPASS/Heated Mirror)
It just so happens that my compass is not working.

Any suggestions where to go next in finding out what is causing the compass not to work.
I am also thinking that it is the same thing that causes the Blue picture of the car with the warning lights when the door opens etc, because that is not working either. And the Compass & The Blue Picture of the car are BOTH BLUE, so I thought they are running on the same wires...but not sure.

WHAT DOES WORK = is
1) The dash lights up in Orange
2) The Speedometer works
3) The Tach works.
4) All of my yellow and red flashing warning lights work

WHAT DOES NOT WORK
1) Compass
2) Picture of Car in Blue
3) TEMP GAGE
4) VOLT GAGE
5) WATER TEMP GAGE
6) OIL PRESS GAGE

I might as well tell you all of the electrical that is not working since I started. LOL

*Also my twilight sensor is not working to turn on the lights at dusk.
* The passenger windows (both of them).

How is that for starters ..haha

Any input is great appreciated.

Thanks for your help in advance.

Default Thanks Wilgren - Already checked both sides.

Thanks..
Checked these last week.
Checked upfront drivers,,and passengers... just as the picture shows.

I have to UN-tape them..
They had black electricial tap protecting them.

When I removed the tape to my amazment they looked not only clean and spotless, but just like new actually.
Surprising for a car that is now 16 years old.

I have had this car for 12 years now ..

I am afraid what you tell me to do next.
