Hi,I'm new here,so if this has been discussed please point me in the right direction.Ok,so heres the problem.My mom owns a 2002 bonny,it only has 60k miles,the check engine light comes on and stays on,she has taken it to 3 diff mechanics,they all did diagnostic testing,they all said nothing was wrong,they all reset the light.When they reset it,it goes out and stays out for about a week,then it comes back.Any suggestions?

It'* an 02 Se I beloive,because it'* not supercharged,and she did take it to the dealer,they didn't find any codes,they said there was nothing wrong with it.I live in Atlanta ,GA,so if there is anyone in this area,I could meet you somewhere if they don't mind helping.Like I said it'* my moms car,so I don't know a whole lot about it.However I used to have a '96 SSEi,so I know a lil about the bonny'*.My wife had an accident in it,and we had to get another car.She drives a '98 now.We love these cars.BTW,you guys sure respond pretty quick.......I went to another forum,can't remember which one,but they never rteplied.So, thanks guys!

Hey,I talked to my mom,she said the dealer found a code that told him fuel vapors were escaping,and to buy a new gas cap.That was the only code it read.She took it back,and they couldn't figure it out.She took the cap back,and got another one.Still no luck.Any suggestions?
