I checked the actual controls there fine the orange acc wire coming off the ignition keeps power with no key. what else could be shorting this circuit?

Do you mean the display on the dash stays on and/or the buttons continue to function, or does just the blower run?

It stays fully fuctional. i can select any heater fuction and it will work with no key. and now the domelights all stay on too. (that just started happening)

interior lights are off now. climate controls still stay fuctional with the key off. its diffinetly the accesory circuit (orange wire off ignition). Any body have a diagram on this circuit? or any clues?

Sounds like your RAP module isn't powering down when the door is opened or after two minutes?

(Retained Accesory Power).

Someone with an FSM for that general year may be needed to chase it down.
