Bill, remember back when you had headlight switch problems? When the switch was disconnected, that damn car kept dinging and dinging. The chime will sound for a few different reasons, not only for "you left your keys in the ignition, bud" . Since you're lights are not working properly I'd start at the switch or the fuse that supplies power to the switch.

Not sure if I was clear:

The remote starter is a second source of voltage to the parking light circuit (fogs are on the same circuit off of the headlight switch). This explains why they work correctly when you use the remote. There is an open circuit before point where the remote start connects to the parking light wire (should be brown). This could include a blown fuse or a problem in the headlight switch or connector. The BCM would be down several rungs on my troubleshooting ladder.

FIXED!

Boy, am I a dumbass.

Fuse (6C) (thought I checked it) as soon as I plugged another in, chiming stops, lights work
now I have to put everything back together.

Fog mod works though
