Display for Driver Info. flickers
On my SSE I have the digital driver info. well when it is cold outside it will flicker and sometimes go black but when it gets warm inside the car it doesn't do it again and it acts fine do you guys know what might be the problem?

Yep. Mines done it since day one, and i live with it since i'm too lazy to take the dash out.

The typical issue only when cold is probably more a loose connection issue versus corrosion. It would be corrosion, however I would aim more toward checking the connectors on the back of the cluster first.

Being that it'* the DIC only, and not the entire cluster, I'd suspect the connection at the DIC board itself as well as a pin or two on the main connector. The heat/cold cycles make the components expand and contract. They break contact when the cold shrinks them.

This thread was active before the re format that removed the Old Tech Info, you cant acess because it doesnt exist on the server anymore, but as I remember the thread your looking for just restates what Will said one post above yours.
