I am having the same exact problem with mine, but would this condition and solution also work for my 93?

Sorry to re-hash an old topic, but I'm still having this problem. Everything is fine when headlights are off. As soon as I turn 'em on the left turn signal idicator comes on solid, and the DIC says my driver side front bulb is burnt out. Put the lever down, the bulbs come on but don't blink.

Can anyone think of anything? I'm about to punch my DIC every time it beeps when I turn my headlights on and my blinker won't blink.

thanks

Sounds like you are missing a ground. This makes the power flow back through the affected bulb to the next in line and then to ground.
