Default Battery arc

95 Buick le sabra. While changing the positive cable it sparked. Now the car only clicks instead of starting. Did I fry a relay or fuse?

What kind of spark?

Like burn a hole through metal spark or a little tiny spark?

I always connect positive first then negative.
