loping
There are many causes of loping idle. If you keep chipping away at it youll find it.
Vac leak
Moisture in fuel
clogged injectors
Faulting TPS that changes the signal
bad or sticking IAC or dirty MAF
sticking PCV
fuel pressure or regulator
sticking valves
These are some of the more common
coil packs

If the idle is jumping around my bet is TPS. It has happend 3 times now with Ryan (2 times on the Bonne, 1 time on his Jeep). The price Ryan has to pay for having such a clean engine bay.

Moisture in fuel < - Every tank? No.
clogged injectors < - Cleaned, Rebuilt, and flowmatched in Oct. No.
Faulting TPS that changes the signal < New, Nope.
bad or sticking IAC or dirty MAF < Tried 2 IAC'*, and new MAF. Nope.
sticking PCV < New. Nope.
fuel pressure or regulator < Wouldn't cause this issue.
sticking valves < Possible, but you're prolly gonna hear them.

I have never been able to pin point why either...
I've learned to live with it, annoying as it is
