I purchased a 2004 bonnevile. It had front end damage and was repaired prior to my purchase. The fuel gauge was erratic and inaccurate. The seller ordered a new fuel pump and sending unit. I installed this and the fuel gauge still does not work. The gauges seems to stick sometime and never recycles after turning the car off. Any hints?

It'* possible the dash was damaged a little bit in the accident. But I'm just guessing on that.
