I have a 2000 SSEi with a HUD. It works but the display sits VERY low where I cant see it. I have tried adjusting it with the switch but it doesn't move. I have seen a white part moving so I know theres a connection being made but don't know why the image wont move. Does anyone know how to fix it.

Have a friend try to adjust it and look down through the windshield. Does the mirror appear to move?
