Hi:
All of the lights (dash, tail, side markers and headlights) work with the twilight sentinel on, when it is dark or dusk.
However, if it'* daytime with clouds or with rain, and not dark enough for the sensor to work and I engage the headlights with manual operation, I have no tail, sidemarker or dash lights....only headlights.
Any idea as to why? I've read there was a recall on this in 1995, and wonder if that is part of the problem.
Thanks in advance for your input.

The '95 headlight switch has been known to be a problem. Some have even melted. I suspect that the switch itself or a connection is bad, but lets hear some other opinions before replacing.
I'm here!
Ok, sit back..take a couple deep breaths before you click on the link below. I found this when I noticed pulling my headlight switch on didn't turn on the turn signal parking lights.

If you go to the parts store to replace the switch you will find that the twilight sentinel ring does not fit. This is because 95 was it'* own switch. In 96 they used very much the same design, except the twilight ring. Switch is usually priced around $25, but try and get the ring.
Future link to insert here.
If you need, I have two 96+ headlight switches in my parts cases. When I get these at the junkyard, I take 6 to 8 inches of wiring with it to replace the connector.
LMK if you need one asap.
