That'* an option, but having the antenna on the back of the car makes it that much further that I need to route and tuck the wire.

I'd rather keep it in the front of the car somewhere.

It'* been raining here. When it stops I'm going to fix the windshield trim.

i just had my windshield replaced and the glass guy said he needs to replace the top moulding because it usually is glued in with the windshield and tears during removal.
the replacement looks great with new moulding

Better yet................

Run it to the back and use some 1/2" trim tape and put it centered on the back glass just below the brake light

Like in this picture.....
