they are rubber
Cool, would I have to buy them at the dealer?
yes

the part number for the Front mats are 12496836, and the rear mats are 12496671

here is a Pic
Found out today GM discontinued them

I went ahead and ordered me a set of Weathertechs from www.ThePartsbin.com. I got them to discount them to 99.95 total for both sets.
here is what they look like.

Front Part #W2TN

Rear Part #W20TN

Thanks everyone for your input. I would have liked a set of those GM All weather mats.

I use Husky floor mats. They're GREAT. They retain a full gallon of water/slush before overflowing. Here'* a pic:

Thanks for the picture. I actually have a set uf Husky Liners in my truck and have used them in my last three trucks I've owned. It was mostly a toss up between them and the Weathertech brand. After I seen the design difference between them for my current truck I kinda wished I had got the Weathertech'* for it. That'* about the only reason I went for these this time, they look real similar to each other. Hopefully they fit great. I'll post a picture after I get them installed. Thanks again everyone.
