So what would you guys suggest I do? Dremel sand the paint off, then use some sort of primer and do a couple coats? What kind of paint would I use?
I really want to do this now...along with some dark black tint on the windows...

Well, I don't have the provisions to do media blasting...nor do I know how. I will have to figure something out.

Is there anything on those wheels that would be suseptible to heat? You could find a local stripper to burn the paint off if it'* powder coating. They charge us a lot charge of $35 or $.50 a pound, whichever is higher. Though I'm sure they would charge more to an individual, unless you know someone in manufacturing that could have it done for you.
