this is a bright yellow I'm seeing.

that is Paint transfer! i know 100% that anyone with a 92+ bonneville will have black plastic bumpers and most likely older ones too, and if it turns out that its not transfer then it id primer from a previuse paint job but that highly unlikely.

the yellow plastic was an 80'* thing when they used a different type of plastic alltogether.

If i feel up to it tomorrow ill find some lituratur about it to post

remember, there are aftermarket manufacturers of body parts too, many of these could very well be yellow
