Default What color is the bumper plastic?

Can anyone tell me what color the 00+ bumpers are? I've got a little bit of yellow on one of the little ridges on the drivers side of my rear bumper. It feels pretty smooth so I can't tell if it'* paint from another car or something, or if it'* scratched through the paint. I don't want to try and buff the spot if it'* the bumper plastic I'm seeing.

I have one tiny scuff that appears to have gone through all the paint....looks brown underneath. I can't tell if there is a layer of yellow primer or not...sometimes ebay sells new bumper covers unpainted... they appeared to be dark as well.

OK, thanks for the replies. I figured it was paint on the bumper because it feels so smooth; but wanted to make sure someone didn't burn through the paint with a buffer or something.
