Default Trim adhesive/glue

I had my SLE trim fall off today after my buddy closed the door, i used that 3M door trim adhesive and i thought i liked it but after this i dont know. What have you guys used?

i use normal silicone for windshield just don t put to much

If you cant find the 3m body tape, clear automotive silicone works well.

After using the 3M adhesive AND the 3M tape, Pat'* right, the adhesive is junk, the tape rules.
