Default tinted tails/opinions?

Well I'm pretty sure I'm going to tint the tail lights on the car next week, but first I decided to draw them black in paint to get an idea of what it looks like. I really like it. What do you guys think?

Go for it Eric! Just don't tint over the reverse lights; that is stupid IMO.

Yeah those are glossier than Bills. And yeah, I'm going to keep the reverse lights clear.

We can probably make it happen in one day. The trick is drying time when it comes to the clearcoat, but John and I figured that one out.

I tinted the 04 tails on my GTO by spraying them with a mixture of 90% clearcoat, 10% black mixed in. Then baked them in a paint booth. Turned out good, and was VERY durable. Just a suggestion.

Considering the lack of a paint booth, and how well VHT Nightshades works (I've tinted 5 sets of tails) I'm sure that'* the route Eric will probably take.
