Default SE rear bumper on an SSEi

Since I'm having a lot of bumper issues, I'd like to know if I can put a rear bumper from an SE from 92-95 on my 94 SSEi. I don't necessarily want to do that, but I'm just considering any bumper I find now.

Yeah, I should probably take a look at bonnevillepics.com. It would help, I believe.

It will fit. I believe Randman1 did it on his 93 WAAAAAAAAAAAAY back when he was looking for a new one.

In fact, I know he did cause I got him the black SSEi bumper to replace it, and the Green SSEi bumper to replace the black one for the person he sold it to. Pictures are probably long gone though.

Very good to know. I assume that since the body styles are the same, I can manage. Even if the mounting is off, I'll be fine. My front bumper cover of the 94 is definitely not mounted to factory specs (but better, IMO), and the grilles on it are cable zip-tied on!

Since the se bumper meets the rear quarterpanel in a lower place, you will have lines showing where your original bumper rubbed the paint off the quarterpanel.

Well, that is a shame. I guess I'll have to find an SSE bumper cover in good condition. It'* not urgent, though. Well, thank you for clarifying! That absolutely helps.
