Default Safe Headliner Cleaner

Is there any products that can SAFELY clean the headliner material? The whole thing really needs to be cleaned. Would Resolve foaming spray work?

I can tell you this much.
The more you get it wet the more the material will relax and sag.
then you'll really hate it.
