tips?
Putting new pinstriping on my car this week. Silver, figure it'll match my wheels. Any way, my uncle told me mainly how to do it, wondering if you guys have any special tips or hints to make it go easier. Thanks.

If you insist on doing it, get the blue or green painters masking tape and apply that below where you want the pinstripe first. Then sight down the side of the car from a couple feet back to make sure it'* straight. Adjust it if necessary.
Then use that as a guide to apply the striping straight.

Sorry, I already bought the stripes. OK, I was thinking, and I may wait and let him help me, b/c he has done this kind of stuff before. I'm going to follow the original pinstripe lines on the car, and mine followed the contour lines on the side, so it won't be a straight line. And imo, I like the way the stripes look on certain cars. My old car was red with white stripes, and I didn't like it, but this silver will look good on my car.
