Default Relocation pics

I relocated my display/wired control for my trunk mounted 12 disc cd-changer. I just wanted to put up some pics to show what I did. It'* still a work in progress, but you'll get the idea.
A big thanks to all of you who helped with suggestions on how to make the unit stick where I wanted it. This was in the Help Mounting To Dash topic in this forum.
This is where it is.

This is where it was...big difference

This is where the RF modulator was moved to. It used to be in the trunk also.
I know the wires look like crap, but that is with the seat all the way up, which it never is. When it is all the way back, which it always is, you can not see it at all.

Thanks.
Yeah, that is where the previous owner had it. I think it was professionally done, but I am not sure why they put it there. I think it was because the wire from the RF unit to the display was fairly short, but the wire form the changer to the RF unit was so long. I think they wanted to leave the RF unit in the trunk, so they dealt with it. I did have to buy an extension cable for the antenna, but it was only like $5. It was well worth it.

If ya wanted to get real fancy (and permanent) you could drill a hole beind that face unit, and run that cable through it and under the center console. Other than that and some extra wires you could hide under the seats, it looks good!!
