how do i get rid of these marks from the sunroof wind deflector and the mud flaps?

Are the marks scratched into the paint or are they just faded areas? Would a claybar help?

i believe scratched. cuz the paint around it looks the same. i havent tried clay bar.

High speed polisher and a mildly agressive compound 3M makes good stuff if you can find where to buy it
