how do i get rid of these marks from the sunroof wind deflector and the mud flaps?

He'* on vacation till the 30th, at least that'* what his sig says.

Are the marks scratched into the paint or are they just faded areas? Would a claybar help?

i believe scratched. cuz the paint around it looks the same. i havent tried clay bar.
