ive done bixenon before, you dont need 2 plugs
all you need is a 9007 harness with a relay
then you tab the 9005 wire to the harness and everytime you flicker itll move the bulb

Ahh gotcha. Never dealt with anything where the low was also the high so yea, no working knowledge whatsoever of it.
