would this be any better or worse than any other clay bar kit. does it really make a difference when it comes to clay kits

I think its the same as other clay kits, the important thing is to keep the area moist with a detailing spray while you polish with the bar.

Mothers is all I use

i also have used the mothers clay bar. the first time the results are very obvious to the touch. after that you can get the same effect with a 3 phase product (cleaner, polish, wax)

i've a fan of the 3 phase

I like the Meguiars product line myself. I've been able to get 2 uses out of each claybar, just buy a bottle of misting spray and you're good. You could also use the misting spray on it'* own, it'* basically what they use at car shows, when the car is clean, but it'* got fingerprints etc.
