Default lights under the car of this car

i grabbed this pic off some thread cause once in a while ill save pics of nice bonnes to my comp. so whosever car this is i apologize. anyways...my bonneville is pure white also and i would love to know to get the same effect as in the pic below. im assuming bright peppermint lights and neon lights are somewhat in the equation but im looking for more accurate details. it also appears that there might be something behind the grill but that would be very hard for me as i have the 02 SLE with the grill thats like 1ft. deep, not evenly aligned w/ the front of the car. any input is appreciated. so here goes...

yo....

i have a Street Glow Gold Series Underbody kit on the car that gives the glow

as for the grille you actually have more room that i do on your 00+...i have a 03 and could easily add neons.....

i have 2 15" white neons behind my grille and you can do the same

feel free to ask any additional questions
