I was referring to a particularly nasty looking thing I see down here sometimes where someone will take a 70s or early 80s 4-door sedan, raise it, and put giant wheels and tires on it, then paint it some gawdawful color like metallic purple swirl or neon lime green...while it runs on say 4 or 5 out of 8 cylinders.
