Default Lighting and Neon Laws?

Does anyone know where I can go to find out what the laws are, in Florida or Federal if applicable, regarding acceptable lighting changes and the use of neons?

How about it Pat? or anyone else with the knowledge?

My searches on google are not getting me anywhere yet.

Thanks, Pat.

I was hoping that you, of all people would have the inside scoop. I figured that instead of just PMing you, I would share the info in case anyone else was interested.

EDIT: BTW, for those not in Florida, the link above is for all states. Just click on your state for info.

Well, I thought I'd start the process of totally blingin' the ride w/neons, LEDs, and rope lights. Ya know, sorta like a moving massage parlor look...
