You could put a resistor in line to keep the lamp monitor from complaining.

replacing std lights with LEDs usually causes them to look "spoty". The reflectors aren't designed for the light output pattern..

If you buy the wrong LEDs then yes. But all of mine on my SE look just like Normal bumps

umm... my LEDs reflect at the Reflector. so it works the same as a normal bulb. I dont have any Bright Spots in my tails at all. and my corner lights light up fully.

I'm saying..I've seen them many times and I can easily tell you have LED'* in there.

One thing no one has mentioned yet. If installed properly, LEDs don't burn out.....
