that would roughly equal 65mph to show as 70mph on the new cluster, depending on how the gauge and pcm interact with each other

i still really dont get how the MPH would be off though? can someone explain it to me. Its still using the GXP circuit board...

use a GPS ..... and if you fond that you can make the whole GXP cluster work i can have the miles reprogrammed. If you end up not using it i'll take it off your hands
