Default Instrument Cluster needles

im 100% bored and have a question.
I replaced my odometer a while back, and for some reason the needles are 3 different shades of orange.
I have my spare one, How do I change the needles over without screwing up its accuracy??

its the needle that tells me what speed i am going, RPMs, all the orange ones.
