Default Clearing my gauge needles

So has anyone done this? I am in the process of clearing the needles and the plan is to actually tint them purple or blue. so far, i have only done the boost gauge. (cleared only). also, does anyone know how to get the speedo needle back on at the right scale? i put it back on...but it reads 10 mph faster than my HUD now...and i can't get it on right.

I think his ears are full of bondo dust, he prolly won't respond to a yell. You might have to jump in between him and his new toy in a bikini to catch his attention.

what you need to do is have the clear plastic off the cluster and install it....then drive and manually install the needle at the position that is should be...

the needles jump when the car is started so be careful if you are installing them when the car is off

yeah that is right... its a pain

also, i did clear the needles on some test ones, but it looks like ****... i just scratched it off with a knife.. the best solution would be to have a blue/purple LED right behind the middle to shine out... good luck!

if you are going to use the stock bulbs, you need to find like a neon bright paint or something that would be like the orange you are replacing

It'* interesting to say the least. Would you guys think a marker or something would do the trick to recolor them?
