So I sopped all the water up, but the seat is still damp and the car smells like a foot. Can't exactly leave the windows down either because it'* supposed to rain on and off all week and I don't work near a window (so I have no clue if I need to run out and put the windows up).

Any tips on removing the stink? And, any other problems that could surface? So far the window motor seems to work as does the speaker in that door.. Any advice welcome

... except for "put the windows up next time".. I already covered that one with myself.

Thanks
Second day of owning the GTP, battery went dead- left the light on, with the windows DOWN.....when i woke up in the morning and saw the water accumulation around my window.. i was like HOOLLLLYYYY!!!!!.. ran down and sure enough, it stormed inside the car... now i am stuck with the smell off wet, damp car interior.

I feel ur pain.

Ryan has a tendancy to leave his windows down more than up when it rains. At least a half a dozen times now. So far all the windows and the seat still works and this has been over the course of a year now. Good luck on the smell.

You guys should buy those window visor things, that way, you can have it rolled down an inch for it to air out, even if it rains.

Get a spray bottle, pour some alcohol inside and spray everything that got wet. Do this at least once every day untill it dries.
This kills the germ that causes the bad odor. My uncle told me this & he sells used cars Ive done it & it works.

used to have 'em on my old truck. not sure how they'd look on a white bonne though. they were handy, especially for a smoker during the rain...
