Ryan has a tendancy to leave his windows down more than up when it rains. At least a half a dozen times now. 
So far all the windows and the seat still works and this has been over the course of a year now. Good luck on the smell.

Get a spray bottle, pour some alcohol inside and spray everything that got wet. Do this at least once every day untill it dries.
This kills the germ that causes the bad odor. My uncle told me this & he sells used cars
