I wash mine once every two weeks in the summer. In the winter I have to wash it at least twice a week because of salt. I've seen what salt can do to a car, especially an undercarrage. My family had an 84' Park av and never washed it in the winter. The salt ate through the floor and shorted out the whole electrical system. If you live in an area that gets salted a lot, washing you're car seems more a maintanence item than cosmetic. BTW the Park av was only 9 when this happend.

In the summer I wash it at least twice a week. But when it starts to get cold out it might go for a month without being washed. It'* not worth it when it snows and melts everyother day.

Well, y'all guilted me into it. I hand washed my car yesterday. Granted, it was 47 degrees out. Not bad for January 3rd in northern Ohio. Glad I did. Today is in the low 20'* and snow, sleet and freezing rain is in the forecast.

I was going to wash mine a couple of days ago until the winter storm watch started yesterday. Expecting freezing rain tonight.

I usually get it washed at the auto wash/wax place once every two weeks during the winter. I may, on occasion, do it more. During the summer months it'* usually every three to four weeks.

I wash my car alot. I consider myself a neat freak, so whenever I don't wash it I am always buffing it up and vacumming it and doing the windows and the interior and everything else. i don't like to have my car dirty, cars have so much beauty that they don't need to have that beauty covered up by dirt. Cleaning your car and keeping it looking nice tells a person something about you, and when u see a clean car it tells u that the person who owns it really cares about his/her automobile. I know I do, I couldn't live without my baby, ever.
