Default how do you smooth fiberglass?

I have eyelids, and they look like theyre made out of cloth because you can still see the fiberglass fibers (instead of looking like it blends with the car). What do i get to smooth over the fiberglass??

please post some pics.

Usually fiberglass work is smoothed out with body filler then primed and painted.

If you have exposed glass, you may want to get some resin. Bondo is body filler and it'* rather cheep.

$15 for a gallon of bondo at wal-mart... hard to beat, just don't paint white over it, it yellows within 2 years.
